2. Tours and Excursions

Cancellation policies for tours and excursions depend on the specific activity provider, but the general guidelines are:

  • Cancellation more than 72 hours before the activity
    May be refundable or subject to a small administrative fee, depending on the supplier.
  • Cancellation between 48 and 72 hours before the activity
    A cancellation charge of approximately 15% may apply.
  • Cancellation less than 48 hours before the activity
    May be treated as fully non-refundable, depending on supplier conditions.

Weather-Related Cancellations

If a tour or excursion is cancelled due to weather conditions or safety reasons, the booking may be:

  • Refunded in full, or
  • Rescheduled to another available date, depending on availability.

3. Hotel Bookings

Hotel bookings are subject to the cancellation policies of each hotel and the type of rate selected.

Non-Refundable Rates

Some hotel rates are strictly non-refundable.

Refundable and Flexible Rates

    Cancellation fees may apply, typically around 50% of the total booking amount.
  • Cancellation closer to arrival date
    Charges may increase progressively and may reach 75% or more, depending on hotel policies.
  • Bookings made within one month of arrival
    Cancellation conditions depend entirely on the selected rate and hotel rules.

All exact cancellation terms will be stated at the time of booking.


4. Transfers

Transfers generally follow the below guidelines:

  • Cancellation 48–72 hours before service
    May allow partial refund or administrative charge.
  • Cancellation less than 48 hours before service
    May be considered non-refundable.

Conditions may vary depending on the transfer provider.


5. Booking Amendments

Requests to modify bookings are subject to:

  • Availability
  • Supplier conditions
  • Applicable amendment fees

Price differences may apply if services are changed.


6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it may be processed:

  • Using the same mode of payment, or
  • By bank transfer to the main contact person listed on the booking.

Refund processing times may vary depending on:

  • Banks
  • Payment providers
  • Hotels or suppliers

Typical processing time may range between 7 to 21 working days, depending on circumstances.


7. No-Show Policy

If a client does not arrive for a booked service without prior notice:

  • The booking may be considered fully non-refundable.
  • No refund or rescheduling may be possible.

8. Supplier and Third-Party Conditions

Tunda Travel Services Ltd works with hotels, transport providers, and tour operators.
Refund and cancellation policies may be subject to the terms of these suppliers.

Tunda Travel Services Ltd cannot be held responsible for:

  • Changes in supplier policies
  • Operational constraints
  • Third-party service limitations

9. Force Majeure

Refunds and cancellations may be affected by events beyond control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Extreme weather
  • Government restrictions
  • Airport closures
  • Political or safety situations

In such cases, refunds or rescheduling will depend on supplier policies and circumstances.
